Sincerely Written x Sincerely Jamie Lynn

Sincerely Written x Sincerely Jamie Lynn, an extension of my personal blog, is a line of resources and a growing community dedicated to help other pursue the heart of Jesus.

This line began in the spring of 2020 when I started a new project with the intention to serve as a tool for those who followed and studied Christ: Pick Me Up! Written and designed by me, Pick Me Up! is a book that dives into the different spiritual disciplines.

I shelved the project for a couple of years and resumed editing on Pick Me Up! in late 2023. On November 1, 2023, Pick Me Up! went live for sale on Amazon after I self-published the book.

Along with the launch of Pick Me Up!, I officially launched SWxSJL along with a few Bible study journals.

UBC Students

I have a long-standing relationship with my home church, University Baptist Church Houston. One of my most honored roles was as a volunteer within their student ministry.

During the summer of 2019, I interned for the student ministry. Throughout the summer, I was given the opportunity to put together graphics, organize events, relaunch the ministry's Instagram account, and more. After a three-year hiatus, today, I still have the honor of assisting the ministry with their social media as needed.

Below is some of the work I completed during the internship along with more recent work completed in the spring of 2023.

Intern Work

2019

@ubcstudents Instagram transformation

When I first obtained the student ministry account (left image), it was primarily used for graphics and had little to no user engagement.

My number one goals was to share the ministry's sense of community. Showcasing student events in a cohesive was boosted user engagement and communicated the actions of the organization to followers.

Before (start of internship)

After (end of internship)

By the end of my internship, the @ubcstudents instagram had increased in engagement by over 1000% and had gained over 200 followers.

Recent Work

2023

@ubcstudents summer

In 2023, I had the opportunity to resume assisting the student ministry with their social media as a ministry volunteer.

Our goal is to continue to showcase the bond within the ministry. Although we still share recap picture carousels, there is a bigger emphasis on creating video content through stories and reels.

RPA Internship - Honda

In 2021, I worked as an intern for the American Honda - Integrated Advertising (print and digital) account. I was given the responsibility of putting together a project throughout the duration of my internship.

Through collaboration with my supervisor, I was given the task of conducting a radio audit. This audit consisted of going through the account's radio spots to ensure assets were up-to-date and ready for dealership use.

I was allowed the unique opportunity to present the below presentation deck, containing the results of the audit, with our American Honda client.

Please note information within this deck has been blurred for client confidentiality.

University Work

During my time at the University of Oklahoma, I had the opportunity to work on some educational projects. These projects added to my skill set and helped me gain experience in Advertising. I have chosen to highlight both my Senior Capstone and Advertising Media final projects.

Advertising Capstone Final Project

Oklahoma Department of Human Services

The Indigo Collective, my senior capstone group, worked with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. We created a campaign that focused on pushing our client to engage with Oklahomans while simultaneously raising awareness of the state agency.

Advertising Media Final Project

Target and Target Home Delivery

Jump Media, my senior advertising media team, worked together to create a thorough media plan for Target and, the fictional, Target Home Delivery.

Personal Projects

During my time at the University of Oklahoma, I had the opportunity to work on some educational projects. These projects added to my skill set and helped me gain experience in Advertising. I have chosen to highlight both my Senior Capstone and Advertising Media final projects.

@jamieagram

In 2020, I launched @jamieagram on Instagram as a fun creative outlet. Graphics all illustrated by me and inspired by the popular personality test, the Enneagram.

YouTube

I started my YouTube channel in high school as a channel for makeup tutorials. After I graduated, I started college and started my vlog series to document my college experience. These vlogs have become the heart of my channel, but I also have a few other video projects mixed in with these on my channel.
